I am heading down to FLA for a couple of weeks at the end of June/ start of July. I am flying down with the family, so the bike isn't coming with me this time. I will be in the St Pete's/Clearwater area.

1) Anyone want to get together for a beer (or if you have a spare bike riding)?

2) Any good shops/swap meets/pawn shops to check out in that area well I am there?

Also, I wouldn't mind checking out some BMX races well I am there....maybe take the kids with me. So if anyone has some suggestions or wants hook up to ride or for a beer let me know (I will even buy the first round).

Henry I would love to bring the bike, but with two kids (one 3 years and one 9 months) and all their gear the little Chevy I rented will be completely stuffed and keeping all the gear with us in the airport will difficult enough without adding a bike. Having said that I had a blast last time I brought my bike and went riding with you and a couple of others from vbmx.

That would be cool Stephen....we will probably heading up to Orlando for a day well we are down there. So we could do an Orlando meet and greet well my wife and kids go shopping if that is easier for people.

What day are you coming to Borlando and how long will you be in for? We should hook up like Stephen said. You`re flying 1100 miles, so 5 minutes or 5 hours to spend with another member is a must. lol. I can gather up a few more members to show too! I live 5 minutes from Mesh/Mission skatepark. If you don`t have a rider we can at least spectate. We`ll get a bite to eat. I can take you to the local track if you`re here on Saturday night.

Id be willing maybe to hang out and go to the races. Let me know whats up guys. Ive also got two kids anthony. a 5 year old girl and a year and a half year old girl also.

Ok does it have to be a weekend or can it be a weekday? If it is a weekend I would say July 2nd if it a weekday I would say any in the weekend following - except you guys probably have plans on July 4th with your families.

i would like to see a weekday.i am driving up to indiana to get my two daughters on the 29th and wont be back till the 4th.i will be bummed if i miss it but i will get over it.let me know what you all decide.

Makes no difference to me. Sunday is the 2nd so thats better than Saturday for me. If we do a weekday it will have to be after 4:00 because of work. You can come in and spend the day with your family then the other family can hook up after 5:00 for a dinner. I think there is racing on Wednsdays.

Anthony, if you`re going to be here for about 2 weeks, how about the day after the 4th? This way oldschoolcool ca do something. He`s been jonzin to meet the old schoolers.

I can`t do the weekend before. I want to work to get big hours. It`s the end of the month, you know how it is. Besides, I`m behind on bike work because the beadblaster took a dump yesterday. Are you coming Big Smoke? We`re still on for Anna`s in the middle of July, 15th?
I`ll get with Anthony via email before he comes to Florida so we can swap numbers.

Lou I don't mind kicking in some $'s for the BBQ or bringing something to contribute. Also, anyone know if the Zellwood jumps still exsist? I won't mind swinging by there as well.

I was thinking more like we all meet at my house, hang out and shoot the bull, then go get a bite to eat. I`ve eaten at ALL the resturants around my house. lol. Since it`s a Weds maybe we can check out the track. Remember, it rains everyday here. I get out of work around 4-6, I`ll get out around 4 that day. We`re going to have our family right? So that limits the guy things we can do.

Anthony just called. He`ll be at my house Weds the 5th sometime after 4:00. Is anybody coming for dinner? He has no bike, just the family.

Anthony and his family showed up yesterday. We didn`t do very much. He kids were tired so we just went to eat and they took off from there. It was cool talking vintage with somebody. Thanks for stoping by Anthony. And thanks for the baby lesson. lol.
