We went out to eat last night and sat outside. There was a green Dyno with chrome forks(that were not bent) locked up next to a street light pole. We sat there for at least 2 hours and no one ever went to the bike. I am not sure of the year but it looked like a pre-bashgaurd, maybe 88 or 87, but the non-bent forks threw me for a loop. The green paint had some black pattern intertwined. I could tell it was not a serious rider; the chaingaurd and reflectors on the bars, spokes and pedals were a giveaway.

Did I give enough clues for the year? It had those signature Dyno bars too.

sounds like 91-94 to me.

the valuable ones are the american made. the serial number will be on the rear dropouts first number or numbers are the month next two numbers are the year.

they also say made in usa stamped on the back framestand area.

the ones with the serial number on the bottom bracket are usually lower end made overseas.

now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
