Sup Everyone,

Just wanted to say hey and introduce myself. Came across this site tonight...i don't know why i never looked into vintage bmx online before. It was a big part of my life from 82-89 or so. Lotta good memories. Spent the last few hours checking out the forums. So cool the bikes that are lost in time you preserve/restore so well.

Originally from KC but been in Hawaii for 12 years now. I rode a little with Dennis McCoy (a very young Matt Hoffman and Spike Jonze came by one time), Thad and Nate's half-pipe, Plaza on Friday nights riding from cops and security guards. Raced BMX at Tomahawk Ridge and Lee's Summit. ahhhh, the good ol days.

If any of his sounds familiar, maybe we rode together at some point? Gimme a shout out if you're from the kc area.

Hi John, I spent many a day at Thad and Nate Miller's half. I lived at Tomahawk Ridge from 1982-1984. Remember Ben Mahoney, Leo Chen, Jim Nissen, Chad Dearth, or Brian Homer? How about Woody Moldenhauer and Jamie Shelley?

I grew up in Mission and rode with all those guys. Which John are you?
