Hey I've never used these things so how does it work with bar end plugs. I know you just push them in and screw it down, but do the grips go over them, cut the end of the grips off or do they poke thru the grips somehow?
Thanks

LOL, us old schoolers tryin to figure out all this new stuff...
your grips should not have any ends on them at all, and you should put the the plugs in after installing the grips.
if your grips already have an end on them, then you cant use them, unless you cut a whole in them 1st..

Scott
If your grips have an end on them..put them on an old set of bars [ spray the bars where the grips go on with hair spray first, for easy installation and removal ] and gently tap the end of the grip with a hammer. The end of the bar will cut the end of your grip out perfectly......

LOL yeah sometimes us old schoolers get lost on this new technology stuff. LOL
Now if I could just get my 5 year old in here to program the vcr......
anyway, thanks Scott for the tip, that sounds like a great idea. I mave to try that although now I have to decide if its worth it to destroy some good grips.
After all, my thought was of using some end plugs on a old/semi mid school build.
I guess i could do it the real old school way and just drop a nickel down into the grips. lol
Thanks guys!
