i have never done buisness with her but ive heard that since she runs it by herself its hard for her to reply.

i just bought some stuff off her a fiew weeks ago.never had any problems with her. quick to respond emails.i will buy from her again.

Shes been fantastic for me, always instant response and she ships fast too. If she hasn't replied, it may have gone into her junk mail... I had heard before that happened to her.

I've ordered from her thrice. I've made it difficult in the past by changing my mind, asking to add stuff to the order last minute. She came through no problem. If your order does get screwed up, she'll make it right, you can count on it.

Hey Guys, I have been on vacation and since it is a one person operation it can be very difficult to catch up. I try the best i can to get to everyone as soon as possible. some orders are extreamly time consumming to fill. Overseas packages are also time comsumming. Allot of guys change there minds after the order has been pulled and that slows things down. It is a extreamley busy site and I do my best to not make mistakes and if I do I try my best to correct it to your satisfaction. Please be pateint and try to make it quicker by including all the info I need in the first request you make. (Catagry, item #, brief discription and where i am shipping to and how you want to pay.) that makes things go allot quicker. Most of all be patient.

Here is a funny story.

I was just getting back into bmx in like 2001. I started thinking about building an old bike. I started seeing all this NOS stuff, and I went crazy. I used to ride with a guy that lived a few blocks from Ginny's store (which is in her backyard). We always used to say (back in the day) that she had a bunch of parts that weren't "with the times" - older frames and such (parts that were a couple of years old - this is back in 1988). Anyway, I thought of her when I wanted to start doing some restoration. So, I go down there and she has all these old parts. I think I bought 2 white Viscount dominators for $10. Then, like an idiot, thinking that I wasn't going to go crazy with this hobby, I mention to her that she should look on eBay to see what some of these parts are going for. I was actually trying to help her out - she had (has?) all these old brake cables with the big plastic boot on the end and stuff - I'm thinking she's never going to sell all this. Plus, she is older, so I make the suggestion. She had no idea.

The next thing I know, she has a web site with all her parts on it. When I go back to buy more parts, the prices all went up. Not that I blame her - she should charge the market rate. Anyway, I just like to think that I have something to do with the fact that she is helping all you guys out.

First - I know firsthand how difficult it can be to keep a web page current. It's also costly.

I have to admit, I find it frustrating that the two times I called - the items I was calling for were no longer in stock.

yeah thats bugs me too. finding the right part then its not available. but she does have some things that i really needed which i could find anywhere else (fake a'me grips) you know where those are going) shes always shipped super fast and no problems. i'll continue to do business with her.

Ginny's been top person to deal with every time. I have made several overseas orders and never had any problems with her. The parts are always very carefully packed and as described. The packages usually arrive in a week, sometimes even less.
At times getting an email reply might take a while but you can always rely that she WILL get back to you. Every time.
