I agree - all rad pics except for the "overshare" in the Scura pic. That's just wrong on so many levels.

You can tell we're all getting old, that's the first time I've seen a picture of Brian Scura where he actually looks young !!
That picture of Tim Rogers doing the turndown is pretty rad, but not as good as the one of Greg Guillotte inserted on the picture of Brian Blyther.
Interesting that Brian is on an 86 sport in that picture as that was in 89, I guess he wasnt a fan of the bashguard bikes.

It seems to me that from 85-87 Brian Scura was looking younger as he got older. In the BMX Plus video (era 85) he seemed more chubby and looked a lot older compaired to GT-V (86) and GT Classified Video (87) where he looks a lot younger and fit.
As for short/shorts. I remember guys riding skateboards doing low surfers like that wearing Ocean Pacific (OP) shorts, at times the nut sack (Nuts) used to pop out of the shorts. Also use to happen on a BMX bike as well, when you did those tuck jumps. The one were you tucked and made your butt touch the back tire and your forehead was close to your seat. Also those one footed table tops were you almost did the splits in mid air!
Your eggs would make a quick appearence! LOL!

I think it's an old Sport with Master stickers. More photos from the same period:

It's awesome when people insert old mag photo's... I remember every single one of them.
The Scura surfing pic. Notice the fork standers?? They look like they are custom made/prototypes...
Freeman pic... Funny how during the mag photoshoots in CA they made you guys ride in full gear including a mouth guard! Scott, how much you want for the O-wings and Hot Seat? Still got 'em?

I guess its important to wear a mouth guard on the beach, it could stop you getting sand kicked in your face :-)
