OK I have a few RL-20 questions...
first how many variations of the rl-20 and rl20a were there..
1 rl-20 prostyler with out pegs 1985
2 rl-20 prostyler in colors with pegs and 5' headtube
3 rl-20 prostyler in colors with pegs and standerd headtube were these made in 85?
4 rl-20a prostyler in colors with pegs Did these start in 86? did all rl-20a have the build in frame stands?
whats the variations after this?? not includeing rl-20b and rl-20II
Also whats the easiest way to identify a 85 rl-20II is it the serial number..
I have a 1985 RL-20 Prostyler turquoise did the panies come in white or black as well as the B-2's white or black.. Did the elina seat come in white or black as well.. I cant find any pics to verify these ??
What color was the brake cables
thanks

You sent me an email, and I reply with all this information.
The RL-20 and RL-20A are not really ones to compare, they are models of themselves. Not sure why you need that info on the RL-20A.
No Redline models progress from another; they are their own models, types and parts.
If you have a 1985 RL-20 - it would have had black tires with the gum walls, and B-2 Grips that were black with white "dots" - as the 85 catalog shows. The cables should be color match to the color of the bike, Turquoise.
