yes Kerry that is a haro master...either an 89 or 90...the serial number should tell you..

That is a 1989 Master - 1st year Master with a bashgaurd.

Look at the frame style, notice the "more of a curve" bashgaurd on the back side of it. The 1990 model has a more "sharp" bend and goes up into the frame.

The spot welds on the rear standing plateforms seemed to have came on both and also did not come on both, so that is nothing ever to go by.

Even if the serial number shows to be a 1990, it is then just a late 1989 model - happend all the time, all brand bikes. Always fall make to the frame's style, then go to the serial number after that.

That bike would have came in all chrome, black, or red....and I think maybe blue.

It is funny, I have a 1988 Master frame with the same rough and heavy blue paint on it.

I'd do an even trade if interested. Mine is without forks too.
