Jim,
I remember you. I was reading an 88 issue of American Freestyler the other day. It was a tour issue and had the Schwin Yo! tour with you, Robert Peterson and somebody else (I can't recall who). If I get a chance I will post a scan.

Sorry about not doing the update on Kabbalism. The above response is correct. There is another approach to Kabbalism which is the Gnostic approach which is more aligned with my practice. Just think of it as a "map of the spiritual universe" and it can illuminate patterns of behaviours or pathways that you want to enhance or prune away. It had garnered significant popularity since Madonna "got it." But it's safe to say that I've been studying it longer!
I'm looking forward to the Flatland Voodoo Jam this weekend. Thanks to everyone who has sent me e-mail or reply posts. It really is great to hear from people.

Hecks Yeah Rick! I remember you. You guys were some of the first people I ever rode with! I loved your place!
Still to this DAY, the Wadsworth krewe was where it was at! Every day in that church basement...all year around...it's hard to do that with Ohio winters!
I'm doing great! I hope you are too! email me at padawanchina@gmail.com and catch me up! Good to hear from you.

wow.. I totally forgot all the time we spent riding in that church basement!! I've also ran into tall Paul and Ken Love in the last few yrs.. it was weird.. havent seen Paul in probably 18yrs.. I sold a GT freestyle poster from around 86 on the bay awhile back and the guy asked to do a local pick up.. that ended up being Paul.. And I ran into Ken while I was at a local skatepark one day.. he was taking pictures for the local paper .. I thought he looked familiar, so I started talking to him and it all of a sudden clicked.. crazy.. I'd been trying to get ahold of Ken for yrs.. ended up he had been living just one road over from where I had recently moved to at the time.. but he moved about the same time I did.. running into him after all these yrs at a skatepark was pretty crazy..
