It's ugly...but I like it.
I don't think the race crowd will be too upset over a Viper.

Not bad! It is at a point were you can change parts and it would be era or race correct. It reminds me of BITD were you could not afford that new freestyle frame or bike that came out for that year, and your parents were penny pitchers. You just upgraded with what you can buy from saving you lunch money etc. or buy/trade parts with your friends. Slap a new paint job and go better parts. Then a frame and fork will come by cause someones parents got the latest model. There old model might be a 2 year old 85 GT Performer and you were in the right place at the right time. All those part goe on a GT Performer, now you got one cherry looking GT.

Reminds me of a thin mint Girl Scout cookie.
Don't hope racers get mad?? Who cares. It's YOUR bike dude.

Nice one. I like weird color combos and different looking builds.
Have fun riding it. If you get bored of it let me know. I am looking for an old Diamond Back for my wife.

Ricky, you beat me to the punch! I also built up a Viper into a mean Freestyle machine for a co-worker who rode one bitd.
I tripped out when i rode it for the first time. Check out the rake on those forks, sheezz. I'll ask him to take some recent snaps of his ride and I'll post 'em.
Wow, two Viper/Freestyle builds going on at the same time on opposite sides of the country. Too wild.
