I know, I know - Not another Street Beat decal thread!

I know where most of the decals are supposed to go, but where does the small "Skyway" decal go? To clarify, it's the one that just has the Skyway name in letters about 1/2" high. Do I remember correctly that someone said it goes on the bottom of the b.b. shell? If not then where?

While we're at it, does anyone have pics showing proper decal placement as far as where along the various tubes they should be?

I've actually seen variations on the seattube decal placement. Some were up to the top tube, some were way down by the bottom bracket.

Yes, I do believe the little one goes on the bottom of the bottom bracket. I had a Streetsyler that had it's bottom bracket decal at a 45 degree angle.

But, hey doesn't any decal 'go' wherever you happen to put it?

In addition to the ones shown here, there is a single sticker—probably the one you're talking about—with angled ends. This does go at a 45° angle on the bottom of the bottom bracket shell.

So, I take it you put the small Skyway decal over the top of the S/N, but 45° in which direction? Got a picture of that one?

I looked at my Streetbeats, which a couple still have the original decals, and this is how they are....
with the bike upside down and the chain wheel on the otherside, the decal should down from left to right.....or like this.......

Well since it was brought up again...

On the original style EZ Bars, I have seen the decals on both the left and right, just the left, and just the right. What is the "factory correct" decal placement on these bars?

Not 100% sure on that one Matt, but I think it's just the left. thats how all of mine are.

Yeah Scott, that's what I suspect also. Most of the examples I've seen are on the left. Although I bought a set of NOS green EZ bars on the bay, and the decal was on the right.

Maybe this question will be filed along with the old "How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop?"

DAMN, just read this. OHBOY don't hold decal placement against anyone. BUMP is right, and yeah to many beers makes you put the first word in every sentence in caps... and edit your posts
