My exhibitionist took the last few years off, but its been resurrected once again. Rebuilt and cleaned the whole thing up over the weekend. Overtime in the future id like to replace the ghetto parts with some sweet old school parts i wanted BITD. At any rate its sweet to have it back in the game!!!

As for now i scored some wheels this weekend and i wanted to see what you guys thought of them. I know they are not dream wheels but they are nice and straight and seem to ride nice, plus there alot lighter than the mags....

Do u have pixs KuwieGuy? So far Ive seen only a handful here. Also realised there r 2 versions, one wth a brace under the downtube where the headtube is and one wthout. So which comes first?

Yassar - good eye, i havent notice that before, but now that i look at my pic ( ive saved every exhibitionist pic ive seen on the net the last few years), some have the brace and some dont. Ill post up the pics i have.

The spokes are much MUCH better than the mags IMO. Looks pretty clean!

Hey man thks for the pictorial refces. Been following every Kuwie Exhibitionist that makes an appearance on this site as the bike still is one of my freestyle favs. Based on the ones that appeared here, maybe the ones wth the headset brace comes later. Any other info would be helpful.

well everyone heres your chance, get your own Kuwahara Freestyler FS. This is the first one ive seen on ebay since Kuwaharaguy had his up a while back. Get the wallet warmed up this one could take quite the chunk out!!!

Yeah i really wish i had that fork on mine
I put some pegs on the exhibitionist and weve had it out for a couple of sessions. It sure is a fun bike to ride. Now it really needs new grips and tires....

i like the newer rims they seem to be superior to o.s rims..in the sense that you can get 2xwalled or 3xwalled.way more spokes ive seen 144 at the swap meet.and everything even the cheap ones have fat *** hubs,back in the day you could easlily spot crap rims from the lack of spokes,or the tiny little china hubs

Well the sweet chrome F/F on ebay didnt reach reserve even tho it went up over $500!!!!
However another one is on ebay. OG pink paint and it sure looks clean. I wish i had that seat post for my chrome exhibitionist!!! Geez ive been watch ing these on ebay for a few years and it seems like there are hardly ever any, but now all of a suddan there have been three in a month!!!

Man its been a gd mth for anyone who wants to get their hands on an Exhibitionist. Bad for me cause got outbidded twice. From looking at the Kuwie decals so far I deduce that the ones wth the brace at the headset where the downtubes joint are the later model, am I right??

That one of Brian kelly' is really cool. I love mags on any bike. The red ones from England are very nice too.
Can someone tell me who actually makes Kuwahara frames and forks. I have an Akisu frame that is very very similar to these frames.

Not quite sure who made them, maybe Derek O. can answer that he used to ride for them and had a really nice Kuwi Exhibitionist, black with neon splatter it was badazz back in the day

Tange made all of Kuwahara's frame and forks. I rode for them in 84 until 87... I have collected their stuff ever since. BTW the black frame and pink frame set that just was on ebay in the past month.... are sitting in my closet now I post pics here soon.

Hey man, was wondering wat were the original parts on a stock Kuwie Exhibitionist BITds. Did it actually came wth a Redline forklifter stem.

Exhibitionist came with a Redline forklifter, laser bars, laser post, MX900 brakes (I think), Comp ST tires, Tuff II's, and I believe a Kuwie crankset.
I recently collected an original stock complete bike (minus wheels) hanging in an old bike shop. If you like, I can post pics.

History ? The only history I could give on this bike is that I got it from Ron Camero when he used to ride for Kuwi, I believe it was actually Rolands and Ron handed it over to me, thanx guys I will never forget the times I rode with Ron, Derek, and Roland

Hey KuwaFS, I just noticed the newer pics with your new wheels and that thing is incredible !! Why are there no pics of your Exhibitionist on my site?
I want an Exhibitionist too so badly !!! I have some awesome trade bait and I would trade my freshly painted mint condition early frame Kuwahara KZ-1 (frame and forks with brand new NOS stickers) for a nice clean Exhibitionist frameset......anybody???
