G'day American pie. Hope you guys can ID this araya rim and time line thanks. The rim is completely dome shaped not flat.

Yep, no way a 7b. A steel looking Aero.

Ok more pics sorry for the quality only have pics from my mobile. I took the spokes out. The rim is alloy not steel.

yep once you guys mentioned "AERO" I did a few searches indeed it is an Araya alloy aero.

Does anyone know what year they came out.

Believe they were available as early as 82 ---- they came on the raleigh r7000 series completes .... But not many people ran them till about 85/6

They also came on some Huffy's. They look nice, are very strong, but also weigh more than the 7x.
