I thought this was a good write up on the front squat vs back squat. Interesting how the body works unloaded by just moving the from pointing ahead to pointing to the sides, mimicking a front and rear squat. Do it in the mirror and you will notice in front squat position you seem to bend at the hips and sit back into the squat easier. Its a three part article, but I thought part 2 was the best(maybe its all the pics and less words). What do you squatters think?
