What does you sprint training plan look like? What benchmarks are you using as a measuring stick? What kind of max speed do you see during your sprint sessions?

My sprint session is dependent on upon time of the year and how things are going according to plan.. Sometimes injuries can alter when and what type of sprints i'm doing.
I use a SRM powermeter and Freelap Timing system for benchmarks and recording trends.
For a 6 revolution flat sprint from a stumpy gate I can hit 2415 watts with a top speed of 26.5-7MPH
I weigh 170 lbs.

not doing much sprinting now because i am a sissy and hate the cold--
my sprint sessions are as follows--
35ish yards on flat ground--- why? because thats how long my driveway is.
i'll do 5 with about a muinute between efforts, then rest for 5-10 minutes before starting anouther set.
i use a speedometer that isn't calibrated, so when my max speed drops for 3 straight i'm done. i don't know what my true speed is. lol

Hello s4lnj,
Have you measured and compared your sprints after allowing for full ATP recovery?
Best,
Christopher
