Heard someone say there is a Indoor bike park in Minnesota like Ray's.

Like Ray's? No nothing close. Ray's does have a location in Milwuakee though. Tons of fun.
As far as indoor parks in MN, here's what we have.
The 3rd Lair. It is a SKATEpark, but they do have bike sessions.

Then there's Summit. A Snow/Skateboard shop w/ a small park in the back. They allow bikes on Tues & thursdays.
