I have a loose bearing BB set for my Flights and see Tioga made a cup set that will work. I have seen the BB-22 and BB-22E sets

Can anyone tell me wich I need and what the differences are?

the BB-22E will work.
can't find a pic of the BB-22, so i'm not sure with that.
there's another one - the BB-22ST (sealed tech). that probably will be too wide for a flight spindle, so i'd avoid that one.

make sure you get one with 28tpi for flights.
