I saw I think it was a Team Titan GPR plate on the auction site a few weeks ago, and the price was up there. I may have to excavate the basement Im sure theres a gpr plate there somewhere, non team issue of course..but Im curious about the brand, anyone?
JJR
GPR = Groenendael Prime Racing (if i remember correctly)
Dutch brand.
GPR is/was a bike shop who had there own team.
GPR = ONE Bicycles today.

Thanks for the info, I found the plate, I was going to put it on one of my cruisers, but its pro size, just a little big looking.

When I was Hyper we co sponsored the time. My partner had went to Holland for a race and met the guys. So in 93 we ran GPR plates and they ran Hypers. I got Terry Tennete and Pete Loncarevich and a few others to race GPR plates in 93/94. I still have mine from my Hyper days. Hyper went to UGP just as I was leaving.

I have the Euro mag with the HYper/GPR test.

I think Ill use that plate, its era correct for the bike and looks cool. Ill try to get a pic. I loved watching Terry and Pete race, I remember Terry used to pull up for anything, that jump out of South Parks second turn was huge , and he speed jumped it, but one thing I still wonder about, what was that thing tied to his forks?

Yeah I remember when the GPR team was on Hyper bikes.
That's why you can find a old Hyper bikes in Holland ;-)
Was a cool team and had a good looking uniform.
The GPR plate above is the last style i think.....
GPR made lot's of plates for international race events too.
I've still my 1993 GPR plate from the Worlds.

Here you can read a interview with the man who made the GPR plates.
