Yes its chrome under that rattle can grey.

Nice find!!! Those seem to be pretty rare lately. And it looks to be in really nice restorable shape. Can't wait to see the "after" pics!

It looks like it could well be a 88 model, so I will be keeping this one & when I get threw the next 5 - 6 restos it will get a chance for rebirth. My young bloke (Riley) wants to get & build a GT Performer around that vintage, I think this can do him for a start.

I don't remember Peregrine frames being very common AT ALL, but I sure dig 'em.

It's 5 years past my time Troy but I still never saw one until I came here 5 years ago. Should look good when it's done.

i never liked Q bars...they were too wide for my liking.

I have this a set of Gen ones as well, they are wider lol.

Ive got a pair of gen 1 bars on my rl20 at the moment, and I love'm. there so nice to ride with
