anyone know if anyone has made repro decals for the 88 rl-22s

The "dots" are too intense to reproduce. I know it is possible, but not really something I wanted to attempt......for the cost.

Make sure you get the correct ones for the kiwi and mango schemes. They are not the same as the other '88 colors like the red,blue and black. Oh, and the sold chrome models are a whole other decal set for 1988.
