I found this bike for sale locally. Is there any thing I should look out for when I check it out tomorrow?

The one I'm looking at is pretty much stock and they say it wasn't ridden much.

I'm planning on racing it and building it up. Since May I've been racing a borrowed vintage 90s cruiser, which I love, but want my own to work on and customize.

If you ride the bike and it feels comfortable go for it. Kuwahara has been in the game for a long, long time so you're getting a quality frame and some decent parts. If the price is right and the bike feels good pull the trigger.
