I thought this Q & A was interesting:
"Q: In your eyes, how has racing changed from when you guys kinda disappears until your comeback?
A: I really feel like the riders have become more talented and in some ways more fun to be around. There seems to be a wider variety of events. I think there is more that hasn't changed a lot in my eyes. The pros still need to make more money. The sanctions/events still need to work together or join forces for the betterment of racing. We still could use a larger variety of quality tracks. We need to cultivate younger riders for the future as well as treat the pros better so they stay involved longer and give the youngsters a goal to strive for."

Standard is A1 in my book. I don't doubt one bit that a Standard will be in my future. Especially since I live in Standard Byke Country. Only 20 minutes seperates me a the Goodtimes store and Factory. Plus I have plenty of Standards at my local track if I want to ride one.

Thats because SMK kicks ass.

That is a great article. It definetly seems like SBC is the hot new frame company. I met Rick and Jess last year and they are really cool people. At the Grands last year they pitted across from the StrangeMotion pit and there was a constant flow of people stopping in just to hang and chat. Its cool to see these guys remaining true to their roots and pitting over with the commons.....

Great people make great companies.....like SBC and StrangeMotion/Kicker.

+1

I wouldn't ride anything else unless I got paid good money to do so!

Grendizer. I totally feel you on that. Just quality bike. Solid feel, great geometry and a great guy running the ship. Can't beat that. Also, they support the race and freestyle community. I mean that's a win win situation.
