that's awesome....
but i cant help wondering, he must be small for 12 yrs old to ride an 18" wheel bike ! ? !

Smorrow
He is pretty short for a 12 yr old. 85 pounds.
He does most of his "trick" riding on his 16" pit bike.
figured the 18" would be stronger and he wouldn't tear up the other.
I have the 16" intense pit bike set up for racing anyway. smile.gif

We could have gotten him a 20", I just thought a smaller framed bike would be
easier for him to try new stuff on, and a little lighter.

I saw that thing being built, super sweet. Ditch the alloy pedals and get plastic ones, bunch of weight there. Get a pivotal seat post and seat. Stolen makes a plastic seat and post combo that weighs like 5 ounces. Those would be some quickies.
Smorrow
yeah, after christmas he can go pick out some plastic pedals and look at seat options for sure.
anybody make lighter 18" tires????
splinter
18" tires are near impossible to find. Stick with whats on it. i got some good replacement bars for it though hit me up Scott.
Smorrow
Still haven't been anywhere to ride it, but it is a sweet bike!
