The day's been great, nothing outrageous or totally crazy but all good spending time within the close family. The outdoor riding season is not happening anytime soon unless everything *suddenly, like magic* dries up. The number 36 looks weird when on the inside you still feel like 25 or so..
Loads of bike projectz for the winter is guaranteed keep me busy. Thanks again, you are the best.

I'm psyched to see your upcoming projects. Seems like you've been moving more into the old vintage oddity stuff, and mid-school. Understandably - since you've conquered a lot of the mid-late 80's Freestyle stuff. (bike wise). Gotta keep it interesting. .. and it's all relevant.

Each year you think the 'previous number' was actually pretty cool when you think back, only goes to show you have to make the best of each number you get and live the moment.

True, vintage knobby race & banana-seat-oddities in the works and some heavy weight (literally) mid-school freestyle projects coming up aswell. We moved to a new apartment last month after staying 14 years at the previous place, it was a big change as you can imagine. So needless to say everyting's still a bit of a mess here, boxed and more less unorganized, can't find my tools at the new bike room!

Here, took the rare opportunity for the final farewell scuffs at the old place few weeks ago where all this bike building madness began.. ...with a nice t-shirt tan.



...and you can't have farewell scuffs without good music playing.

Wee tots! I'll be 39 next month.

And that's the triple truth, Ruth. I'm also 36, and I, like you, feel 25. But I need to be reminded sometimes that it's not what's past or in the future that necessarily matters. Right now is pretty good, too. Live it, enjoy it! Thanks for the reminder, and happy birthday, even if I am a day late.
