she cant be serious. mother nature sends us a tropical storm out of the gulf in late november...watt are the odds. 2 maybe 3 days of heavy rain. 4-5 inches, and local flooding. cement dont keep this managable. damn...oh well...my shoulder/back muscles are gonna get a good workout from all the heavy/wet dirt im gonna move this weekend.
