Are all the riders in the video French?

I just visited France and saw 2 French bike shops and the selection of bmx bikes there just sucked! Where do the French go to get nice bmx bikes?

299 Euros and the bmx bike still stank....

Yes, most of the riders in the video are french, except Mat Hoffman, Rick Thorne and some others...
There are some BMX stores in France, of course, but shops on the web are numerous. And we have our big bmx company here, Twenty Bikes : http://www.twentyvelocross.com/
