Picked this up a couple weeks ago . I Just need new correct year brake cables and brake pads and it is finished. What do you think so far?

I have the original white Diacompe brake pads for those brake/bike. The are NOS, and not dry.

I bought that as a kit out the shop, GT Moose bars, mallet stem, fork, and frame, in chrome. Good times GTBMXGUY

My first "real" BMX was a Blue 85 Pro Performer frame and fork that I saved up for two years to buy. These hold a special place in my heart....nice bike!
