So psyched on this - kind of regret getting my Mutiny and not waiting for this.

I'm with you 100%. Anyone wanna trade a 21" red one for a Mutiny X Shadow Conspiracy kit?

I used to think Subrosa's were hot but now they're just so overweight with their 5+ lb frames. I'd salivate over a 4 lb Grim Reaper 2 frame instead!
oldschoolrider88
thats a dope frame...love the twin top tubes.

Very Torker-esque. I love the look...always liked Subrosa's name/artwork as well. But man, how do you raise the seat post?

b.
wds
That's the only flaw. If you want any height adjustment, you have to hack the top off to use a seat post/clamp.

Pretty coool, but Ill stick with my firstwave JD
wds
That's the problem with owning a Sunday isn't it JD?
Makes it REAL hard to justify a new frame.

Chevron Envy
I've got a firstwave that I'll be puttin' on Ebay if anyone is interested. Sorry for the shameless plug / hijack.

LOL! Yeah that one extra pound makes up for your inability to ride! tongue.gif

Nice frame, very cool. Wish I wasn't so broke right now as I would buy one just to support someone who understands how to make a twintube retro styled frame properly. Unlike a certain rather large well known BMX company who failed epically earlier this year with a similar product. (yes Haro I am looking at you...)

i like it, because i'm old--

i know alot of the kids right now hate it, they think it's the dumbest thing they have ever seen.

ahhhhh....... know your roots, know your roots.
Just JeffB now
I bet the kids out there have no idea that`s not a new design. They have no clue it stems from a 30 year old bike design.

I dig it. A lot.

I like it too.
Just don't like the fact that I can't raise the seat at all.

They should've done a lime green!

Actually the guys at Subrosa have said that you can cut the pivitol bit off and it is just like a normal seatmast so you can use a normal seatpost and seatclamp.
Wheelie Nelson
Hmm, it's got seatstay brakes too.

I think it would look pretty good in chrome.

It's too bad they don't offer it in 19" TT. That would make a perfect flatland frame if they had that and lost the integrated post.
Wheelie Nelson
I meant chainstay brakes.

I like 'em on the bottom.

i was goin to get one but was stiffed by the dealer, it would look sick with odyssey 44 bars, retro dk stem and compact 25t disc wacko.gif
Larryboy
Echo here on the seatpost. Otherwise it looks awesome and specs are good.
bmxmom
love the graphics on that and the ttt is neat to see on a new frame. curious about that seat setup though. what is the advantage in that design?

All the new school kids run their seats as far down as possible these days, on the premise that they make tailwhips easier since the seat is out of the way. I haven't seen a serious rider under the age of 25 run more than 4" of seatpost showing in years. And since kids these days will do anything to make their bike 1 oz. lighter than everyone else's Subrosa's idea (actually T1's, then Sundays) was to just integrate the post with the Pivotal mount, cutting out the need for a post or a clamp and the weight associated with them.
