My friend aquired this from a junk collector who had it laying around. We thought it may be a Schwinn going with the star logo that is there but we can't find anything like it on the net. It's an aluminum frame, VERY light. Has about a 19.00 head tube to seat tube dimension. The bottom tube has a large diameter like a freestyle frame. The welds aren't consistant with a factory looking weld either. Has euro bottom bracket. Frame has been painted so color isn't original.

Any help would be great.

i'd say it's a fairly recent (from the 2000s) walmart schwinn.

I agree, definatetly from the 2000 decade, most likely orig. purchase made at Wal-mart or K-mart.
