I am posting this in here, cause I think most of the guys who come in here I know... and consider friends. At least internet ones. I know there are guys in here I look up to, or were on my wall back in the younger days, and I know some in here have or do look up to me (wierd, as always, lol), and I know some in here are just fellow riders, but on an internet level, it a group of buddies, and much like I called my bro and showed my family, I wanted to tell you guys this. It was cool.

So I am on Danscomp 360, looking at the links page, they link a TON of companies and websites... On an aside here, there are ALOT of companies out there with prett awful sites, ha... so I am clicking on ones I know make frames. I click on a company called Midnite Bikes, I have seen their frames before, they look really cool. As a really small garage company, they only have a MySpace page. So I am checking out their profile, click on the pics and look at their bikes, really smooth, clean looking frames, I go back to the profile and look at their blogs trying to see the frame geometry, dont see it, so click back onto their profile. Look further down the page. You know how the MySpace profiles have a "Who I'd like to meet:" section? so I look at that, notice it is a video... and that it says TeamBMX clip at the bottom... then it hits me. That is one of my videos that my brother-in-law put out for his site, Punks on Bikes! I am like what??? and click on it, yep, it is my "section" vid... So I go back, look at it again, it is definitely in the Who I'd like to meet section!!

I am stoked. This random dude who owns this random Street company with dialed bikes has my (to me at least) sub-par level riding video as his person he would like to meet. That was trippy. Of course, instant ego boost, and it made me go outside in the 45 degree drizzly rain and do a couple 180s and rollbacks, until I decided not too... lol.

It was just wierd. and cool. And I wanted to tell you guys, so don't laugh at me. 25+ years of this, and I still think it is wierd when some kid asks for an aoutograph, or something. lol. Do you ever get used to it? Or anything like it? I hope not.
