For those of you that are not racing the Disney cup race we are open on Sunday Nov 1st for a single points race. 12 - 1:30 practice Race starts at 2.
We are now adding Monday night practice 6:30 to 8:30 so we are open Monday,Tuesday,Thursday with double races on Saturday night.

The first satate race on our new track went well, we had 36 total riders with 27 staying to race
This equated to a 10 moto race that had only one incident. The feed back on the track is that it is fast and technical and fun.
We are open for practice on Monday. tuesday and thuradays from 6:30 to 8:30 and racing doulbes on Saturday night 5-6:30 practice and race at 7pm

Will be coming to check out the new track here soon Bob. After several years I bought a new bike and am getting back into it. I couldnt believe it when I saw that the Tyrone location was leveled flat haha. When did that take place and how long has the new track been operating? Also what was the reason behind redoing the new track so soon?

Sorry missed this post. The tracked moved to the new location in Jan 2009 and we opened a few weeks before the state qualifier that was held here. Many felt the layout of the track was not spectaor friendly and the layout had some issues. The parent counsil wanted to freshen up the track give the riders a track that was fun and challenging for all riders.

So far the reviews and comments have been positive, the onky issue we have left is the starting hill and the gate which should be lowered about 20' from where it is now.

We are open 4 days this week, practice on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 and are holding a single points only race on Wednesday night registration 6:00 to 7:15 race at 7:40.
3 motos and a main, random gate.
The track has been rebuilt and is in good shape, you need to come out and ride it.

Noticed you mentioned the starting hill... are you planning on lowering it? I think that would probably be a good thing for the new riders, especially the little ones. I know mine is terrified of it.

But I realize that is a big undertaking.

The hill is always a topic of conversation. The NBL mentioned that the hill is great, but that we should put a second hill in for the rookies and novice riders.
We have the second gate, just need the dirt and manpower to add the second hill and the second straight.
Next time you are out at the track ask for me at registration I would like to meet you.
