That is seriously the coolest paint job I've seen on a bike to date. The flamed cranks and bars are WOW!

I'm certainly not disliking it. It certainly has it's attributes.
I think if Jesse were to augment his financing of "Joe Kid on a Stingray" with a BMX custom shop, it would be great for the sport.
God bless Jesse for his contribution and for remembering his past.
I would certainly dig owning a custom performed by his shop.
Only problem: No one would want to mess one up, so it seems they wouldn't be ridden.

This bike right here is a perfect example of why TL and SE NEED to put out a retro looptail Floval.
Without decals, that could be ANY frame without looking REAL hard.

looks like a fairground ride.

I'm guessing it it some kind of trike with VW power and they are messing with something on the front fork.

Looks like pearl and pinstripe on the tuffs

The tuffs look like they've painted silver.

Very nice! It may not be kool for everyone, but you gotta love it when the paint slingers show what can be done.

Nice paint job. Ugly bike overall, but good workmanship. Just not my taste. Very gaudy.

Imagination A+, Craftsmanship A+, but not my taste either.
But this is JJ's bike and he does things his way. From what I can tell he doesn't give a rats arse what we think, and I kinda admire him for that.
I would like to see it with some custom rims. I'm seeing Black rims with red pinstripes and nipples, Gold spokes and black hubs and maybe pinstripe them to, before write it off.

Or better yet, with the access he has, why not do a billet set of motomags. If your going all out, why not.
MadCowboy
Sep 26 2009, 08:59 PM
If that doesn't have JJ written all over it, nothing would. It is totally befitting of him and since it's his bike, it's perfect.
Mine would have ape hangers

I don't know if that's the ugliest Corvette I've ever seen or the coolest Corvette I've ever seen. Either way, the paint and body work on that that car is a work of art.
Whoever did that has got a shite load of talent.

John,
How's the car coming? Is that a recent shot? I still have the NOS SW III guages, if you're still interested. I just unpacked them last week.
