I always wanted a really trick looking Quadangle bitd , but couldn't afford one....
Building up a trick 1980 looptail Quad (with all the triangles) as a rider today would be insane/impossible.
So I bought a US made 1997 Quad with all the triangles & tricked it up with some old & new stuff.

If you can pick or bypass these SAF-LOK cuffs without using a key or diamond blade anglegrinder , you can have the bikes.

Notes:
1 inch Original Bottema plugged forks fitted to 1 & 1/8th head tube.
Cammo Pads , Frame & Bars NOS , Neck pad survivor from whenever they were new in the early 1980's.
Ted Carl's first batch Flanges on the newish skool sealed bearing graphite Tuff's.
Nicely worn in Brown Suede Kashimax seat.
Mandatory X Caliber seat clamp fitted the right way for the seat tube cut.
If the tires are too loud for your tatse , I can fit a set of black alloy flanged Tuffs with Comp 3's , but I won't.
DX pedals from the 21st century, well prepped then painted black.
10 inch rise GT bars (repo) I could only find 1 set of originals , still have 3 sets of the GT Pro bars I've owned since new

Early Full wrap dual pinch sealed bearing Flites.
Brushed Alloy Pro Neck (safer round corners model)
Rear Brakes that work really well

Some really neat handgrips with allen key clamps @ both ends.
Always liked SE bikes they were a Legend in their own time.
Closest I got to SE Racing bitd , was a 20-30 minute chat in the shade with Perry Kramer in the pits at a major race meeting here in Oz.
Can't really put a price or rebuild that conversation.
