Great race night.atwaters a kool track. This was my first trip out there and was worth it. I didn't race just watch the fast guys. Porter,Cato,Melvin(father and son)Shadrick,Robbie on his 24 ...the track was fun and fast.Redline Cup is gonna be full of fast Nor*Cal Boys!

shadrick rode 20 and i got first on cruiser but i wish ihad a 20 now, full rack of 28and over riders with 2riders under 19.

Shadrick raced 20.Robbie was the fastest on 24.but I don't know who won cruiser,I was at the truck stretching out.

Short straw? If you mean who drove us back,Tim(titainium tim on vbmx) was the designated driver.Porter was banged up a bit and Tim knows about the Datsun 510-610 stories of Jesus and me,so we were out!

You know what I watched Kent Elliott today (Oak Creek BMX)....he looks ugly FAST on his 20"!! he beat Rick Lowry twice while the practice gate, ouch!

i'm glad porter is ok i was a little worried about him. he went down pretty hard, i told him when i got there last night to watch out for that hole in the top of the last turn. it should be gone today. keith told me last night that they were going to fix it today.

Its in the early stages but Ill give you the early leak.

All girls clinic put on by Rodneys Favorite UCI-ABA-NBL all time greatest female. Will run 3 hours or so limited to the first 15-20 ladies and $30 with a goodie bag that will be well worth it.

29&under and 30&over Freestyle goon race where hopefully we get a turnout like last year, so funny watching guys who can flow a park like its nothing but on straight jumps and pedal power things got interesting LOL

Pro-Am, Im calling out DR, Oie, Hughes, Alexis, every Nor Cal duck that we call a Pro rider better be out there to dice it up for 125% payback and prizes. This will be where the promoter lays waste to the local talent.

Dirt Comp! What? Yeah thats right, gonna groom up those jumps outside the second turn and get em running for a jam/comp style thing. This will be aimed at the younger groms because alot of the dirt comps these days are full blown huge courses, so I want to keep things tame as far as the course so that the lil guys and racers can get through and have a good time.

Sponsors- You wont believe the support Ive already gotten confirmation on but I can tell you for the $10 thats the events will cost you will almost be guaranteed something in return and a chance at some serious swag.

Location is ideally SC PAL Im giving the info to Mr Hughes tonight, he seemed 50/50 when I initially approached him with the idea and asked for more info which im providing tonight so fingers crossed we can have it there. If that falls through I have Livermore BMX in my back pocket but as always Ideally PAL is the facility since its so close to the majority of the local guys. Ill need help guys and more info soon and the flier will drop in a week.

BMX is BMX 24" 20" Hell you can race me on a 16" if you feel comfortable. I tossed it out to a few 4x MTB guys and said if they get 16 riders we can do a MTB event and do the same 125% payback system.

All proceeds if I even break even that is will go to Stay Strong Apparel AKA THE MURRAY FUND!

Got a general "ok" from Mr Hughes so PAL location is locked. Flier is 90% done and will drop this week just finalizing sponsors right now. Big names and little names all involved. Some heavy hitters Ive even heard are going to try and come out. Dirt jumps Im searching for a dependable builder right now, but sometimes if you want it done you gotta do it yourself kinda thing Any questions?

In typical fashion if enough 24" guys want to do a seperate class more than welcome to, if guys wanna run 24 or 26" bikes in the normal classes more than welcome to. The only classification that will be fairly concrete is racers in one rack freestylers in the other, but as always we can have 4race 4freestylers rounds and stuff for the hell of it. Pro-Am last year was a good watch and this year should be right on par again. Downtown afterparty is even in the works? Haha sponsors are lined up, super one off number plates will be distributed to Main Event guys in the freestyle round, and if youd like to order a plate for yourself in advance $15 will get you one and I promise you this plate will be a keeper. Gotta thank Rob @ www.johnsonbmx.com for helping out big time with the plates. Someone clue me in on how to post pics on here and ill load the flier...

norcal needs to win especially since it looks like the manteca track will be pouring cement for the starting hill tomorrow so we should be on for the north south cuo next month in manteca. Hope everyone shows up

Rodney- Sean Anderson had a good point in asking me if I can have a 30&over flats race that wasnt pro/am just all the guys like porter,you, etc. to have a good ol class. Im sure Dean would be up for it and Im sure like Thomas T would be psyked too.
