2009 VDC Chenga II PrototypeI looked around this site to see if anyone posted anything about this and didn't see any verbage. I thought this retro section was the most logical location for such a post.

I can appreciate the work that went into building them. But, the forks gotta go.

I would rock the frame but the fork is funky

If you look at the fork closely, it has adjusters to change the height of the wheel, effectively changing the heat tube angle.

Whoah...very exotic. Even if the forks are not practical, at least Voris is experimenting and I would like to see more people throwing experimental stuff out there.

Voris Dixon is a legend--the Changa was awesome back in the day. That said, the frame is beautiful, but the top tube/seat tube junction reminds me of an over-beefed 90's bike like a Kink Revision (though we know VDC was the original).
The forks...a little too out there for me as well. But for a casual cruiser, it'd sure turn heads. A 24 or 26 version would be great.

It's awesome to see Voris doing something! He was the fabricator for so many others ... maybe he will be again. Yes, the forks are weird.

The forks are kooky, but the rest it right on! There was one VDC that floated around my hood bitd, and it rocked. JD
