Once again, those who jump on the Hutch bashers probably don't know the whole story. You can love the Hutch stuff, but some people have been rubbed the wrong way and there's lots of stuff that hasn't went public.

I have a feeling this frame is going to be pretty epic. Can't wait to see it.

I was down last night to see Danny harris red bike @ SBC, and you have to see it in person. it is flawless, with the STA rear end it is totally amazing, the color is unreal, the welds couldnt be anymore perfect. That so far is one of the best bikes I have honestly seen built to date!!!! THE STA rear and the front end could be more of a perfect match.

I could be very interested in a custom frame but the design I have is very odd to say the least.
From a design and build standpoint its all fairly simple .... apart from the downtube.
Basically 1 tube needs to be 34mm x 58mm (1.1mm thickness) in a soft edged rectangular shape.

I havent found any suppliers who stock material close to this shape so I guessing it would need to be fabricated from plate and seamed (which is fine by me). Its not a complex shape tube as it remains the same shape throughout ... but still its not a stock sized tube so it would have to fabricated.

If you think you could fabricate such a tube, then I am defiantly up for getting a frame made.

Debruin can't do jack about this. Rick made the frame to use and to give to friends. If he's not marketing or selling the frame there's absolutely nothing anyone can do about it. It would be like me buying a Fiero and putting a Lambo Countach kit on it, yes it's a copy of a lambo, but I didn't build it to sell, I built it to drive.

THE FULL STORY AND MORE PICS..

I like how the red pegs blend in with the forks. They kind of look like the old Trick Star fork pegs in that way, but are on the axles where they need to be, instead of on the forks. Looks awesome. The top tube standing platforms would have been nice, though I realize No one has those platforms anymore. I can't get over how nice this bike is.

This bike is suppose to ONLY RESEMBLE the past, and have all present geo.. NO standing platform, NO looptail.. BUILT THE WAY IT SHOULD BE, No BS and all business......
