So I'm swapping frames and the damn forks are stuck in the old frame. I've tried to pry the headset compression cone out of the steerer tube to free things up and it won't budge. Little pieces just break off. I've also tried smacking the top of the steerer tube with a rubber mallet and no dice. Anyone else run into this problem and have a tip to save me here?
