i talked with dan rumple from warsaw and jason thompsen from fort wayne and we managed to involve the marion track as well.

the plan is preliminary but here it is: 3 races, 3 nights, 3 tracks all benefits for local charities. We have a commitment from summit city bikes in fort wayne to allow us access to their direct mailing list and email list for promotion

All right here is the final scoop:

Paul from Marion had to back out because of personal injury suffered in Warsaw on The 8th, so it is Fort Wayne on Saturday registration at 6. Warsaw on Sunday registration at 1.

Here's the format: Each rider will announce his favored or home track. Each rider will be scored 1 point for that track. After Sunday's race we will tally each rider point to each dollar raised for the perspective program's charity. The higher score wins the "Hire Franke Local Cup".

Keep in mind that Fort Wayne is an ABA track and Warsaw is NBL. We expect that if you are nearby and don't have a local at your track on either day you should show up and declare for Fort. . .er, your favored track.
