Hello,

I recently got back into biking via collecting. I started collecting my old bike and riding them again. I forgot how much fun it was. I want to gel back into trails and dirt jumping. The last bike I had for jumping was a 96 GT Fueler. I made the first step and purchased a 00' FA Flying Fortress F/F Stem and Bars. I was wondering what I would want to put into it to make it a decent trails bike. Currently I am using my 92 VFR and I do not want to destroy it.

So far I have just been working on getting my rhythm back and small airs over table tops. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check ebay for some profiles and a decent set of sealed wheels. But it might not be worth building up around a heavy older FA kit. Lots of complete bikes out there that would suit your purposes better. Good luck JD

Yeah definitely look at fit bikes trails line and also premium's lineup.

Thank you for the help guys. I will look at some of the newer stuff for a build. What about chain wheel sizes? I noticed they are small on freestyle bikes; is it the the same for trails bikes nowadays (with cassette rear hub)?
