We are booked at the Red Roof inn off of 20, about 6 miles east of the track. Paid 62 a night for two queen beds per room. There really isn't much closer to the track for less then 100 a room.


Also, got my JBRP jerseys today. They look SICK... Just wish I could wear mine to race.

Thanks. I've been feeling down lately...five months after rotator cuff surgery, and I'm recently grounded from doing anything beyond rolling my bike gently around the living room. Looks like i may need have "complications." So, at times even reading about BMX on this fine forum is making me a bit sad.

my nephew won saturday on his also.. and i sucked on mine getting 3rd saturday cause brandon put a stick in my tire while we were in the gate

i came across TONS of standards up there this weekend, i noticed that gevin (girl pro) was on a white one also and had a peice of paper taped over the sticker, probly for sponsor reasons

and rick of course made my sons day on more than one occasion, all the way home my son was talking about how cool he was

Got to meet Nick and Rick is one of the coolest guys I've met so far. Also got to meet DoranB and a bunch of other people from the board.

I rode like absolute crap today in qualifiers, taking a 4th and a 2nd, but I let it fly in the main. This was my first time making mains at a national and I managed to win both. Did I mention how much I freaking love my Standard?

Been reading this whole thread over the last week while the press I work on has been running and I gotta say that Standard has won me over again. I still have a baby blue STA that I bought in 95 or 96 and gave it one hell of a beating. I built it back up a couple months ago for my girlfreind to ride and except for all the scratches and dings it looks awesome. I sneak some rides in on it for old times sake but I just outgrew it.

I wish I had known SBC was into doing all the custom work because I would be riding a chrome STA/trailbods hybrid right now instead of my chrome S&M LTF... probably would've spent around the same cash.

I recreated my first bmx bike which was a chrome schwinn predator with blue ano parts and it looks sick. I'll post some pics of both bikes when I get home. I think everyone will appreciate them.
So now, I'm planning the SBC frame I want when I have the cash and it should be the last frame I buy.
You guys are doing some kick ass work and I look forward to doing business with you.

FINALLY!!! After two months of waiting for payment on a track rebuild I did, I OFFICIALLY ordered my custom Standard 125RC. Money order (I hate credit cards ) goes in the mail tomorrow morning.

Saw one of the topload stems at Rockford, they are beautiful. Almost enough to make me switch to a topload again.

Well Gentleman I've done about all the catching up with those on the homefront that I can stand doing while sitting up. Broken Legs SUCK! Call me if you want.
