That is a sweet looking Trail Boss to be sure. Is that going to a customer? (Rick looks pretty happy with it...better supervise the shipment when it comes time.)

BTW, those rims totally "work" with the frame. The only thing missing is a white stencil star or two, maybe.

Just became a grandparent for the first time My son and his wife just delivered a 6lbs 15oz baby boy.... yesterday morning... so that was way cool for me and the wife... we spent yesterday evening getting acquainted with him.... All I have left to face is the 8" of standing water in my basement from all the rain we got this past weekend...that showed up yesterday evening...

Custom work will help take my mind off the stuff with the basement..

Custom screen printing should be up and running in the next couple of weeks got my first run of Johnson BMX t-shirts planned already....

Started ordering parts for the wifes 125R. Going to be a white F/F and white SBC bars. Going to have PINK decals. I ordered her a set of pink primo pedals, sinz pink brake cable, black brakes, seatpost / clamp. seat is a Hoffman pivotal thats white with pink and teal pokadots. So Pink, black and white. should be sweet!!!

Next is Pink chain, white atomlab cranks (GI's) and other stuff to follow.... Pink stuff is hard to find...

Chris King has pink stuff as well.

Pink stuff is easy to find my man. Let me know what you're looking for and I'll bet I can find it.

Not only are those bars burning my hand but that damn crazy back sweep kept trying to wail me in the head as well. This is a customer bike. I would have to have a chrome wheel in the back! Hahaha!

Speaking of repping, Nick was asking me the other day to post a photo of flat black Standard 125r cruiser he sent my way from the Midwest BMX Program giveaway (yeah!). So, even though I can't quite turn a wrench well enough to finish her off, here's a sort of assembled view of the gal...btw, I think I'm going to name her "The Black Swan" (after watching a nice swashbuckling film by the same name today).



I just need a gold sprocket, some grips, Rob's gold stickers (it's totally his fault I'm going black and gold, btw) and a brake lever to finish things off.

I don't like you very much Brad. Not only are you in possession of the cruiser that was supposed to be mine, now you're building it exactly as I would have with the black and gold to match my 20"er.

On that note I think in the next two or three weeks I'm gonna buy a DK Sentry cruiser to strip for parts, then a 125RC frame to put them on. Figure that way I'll only spend around 650 for a complete cruiser. Can't go wrong there. Could probably even get 150 of that back for the DK frame or something.

Good idea Brandon. I watched a buddy at our local LBS put one of those (in 20") together last week. Good looking set of parts, really. I think the cranks are only 175, though. Aren't you running 180s?

I run 175mm DXR's. I'm tall, but I like to spin, so shorter cranks let me spin faster and smoother.

looking good there Brad, but I have to ask what happened to the white JW stem that came with it?

I was going to put it on my 20" 125r, but it was too long. You're running yours still, right? Those really are nice stems.
