The kid that wins the Payback class and has the section at the end, Kyle Evans, is on a Standard and has mad skills.
Peep the vidNice one, I've just watched this over on BMXTalk. That kid is quality

I had a Jetta a few years back that had 350K miles on it and the sucker ran like it was brand new.
Both my GMC pickups are over 300,000 miles and still running strong. The 97 just rolled over 350 and the 01 is pushin 318
instead of remaking the classic "Standard Country" sticker, how about a modern updated version, so the classic remains a classic.

A NEW one would be super cool! Some of the old stickers just need to be left as classics!

finally some nice weather, I was actually able to get outside to do some sprints. It's the first time I've ridden this thing since completing it with the DXRs, 125R forks and strip bars, profile stem and wipperman chain. Loved it.

The different sweep on the bars is definitely going to take some getting used to though. I didn't think it would feel that different.

I haven't smoked or drank pop in almost two weeks. It's a motherf'er let me tell you. It was a deal I made with my dentist when he started fixing my teeth from the accident. I want to kill someone almost every minute of the day I'm so edgy.

Dumping soda is totally worth it man. It took me about two months to get rid of the jitters and tension headaches (I looooooooooove Coke-a-cola), but after that, I dropped pounds and discovered that I didn't need soda to feel alert.
Now if I could just lose chocolate...nah, heck with that.

I'm 6'2" and 178lbs, so losing weight isn't the issue. It's overall health and performance. I was tired of getting gassed down the third straight of my local track. Then having jello legs for the next go around. I'm hoping this'll do the trick.
Jesus does my knee hurt after doing about 30 minutes worth of sprints today. Guess I'm still not fully healed. Damn did it feel good to ride though. The bike felt flat out awesome.

Man, that's ultra-lanky. I'll bet it still helps to drop soda...just getting all of the phosphoric acid would be a positive thing, most likely. I went on teh Internets and found that little tidbit in
this top 10 list of reasons to give up soda. Fun stuff.

I'm getting a visual: something from Two and Half Men, where Jake and his girlfriend are sitting on the couch, chatting via IM with one another, cracking jokes about Charlie.
And btw, those are damn'd delicious looking frames etc. Is there an upper limit to the number of Standards someone should own?

So I got bored and just finished restickering my ride. I'll snap some pics outside tomorrow. I'm waiting for a few updated stickers from Rob as I think I'm gonna go with the current design of "standard" on one side and "125R" on the other aside from the regular standard script on both sides like Rob has on his bike.
I'm also thinking the gold I bought is a bit too blingy, but I think it's just because it's such a drastic change from the stealthy dark grey that was on there previously.
Pics to come.
