Hey everyone, I need help with customizing my bike. I ride a Diamondback Skindog and haven't ever tried any customizations on it til now. I would like to say I'm more of an intermediate rider but I guess beginner would still fit me. I am looking to spend some money on my bike and get really nice parts for it. I want to get serious about my equipment. I just bought some "Primo" Pegs but that is it so far. I want to get new everything eventually but aside from my local bike shop I have no clue what I should be buying and where to buy it from. I dont have friends that are into this so I can't ask them... if anyone can help me with a good place to get started I would appreciate it. I wanted to get a new sprocket first. Mine is really large and bulky. I was also wondering if there was a difference between sprockets, as in large and small. There seems to be two standard sizes, what is the difference? Is it only weight?

Dude, this is the vintage area... maybe hit up the modern freestyle board, under the BMX NOW heading on the homepage... those dudes might be able to help you more than we could. Now if it was an '87 Strike Zone, we'd be able to give you any knowledge you'd need!
