Building my 86 GT PP and going to throw the headset on tomorrow and was wondering if I mix up the bearing cups up does it matter which one goes where?(Top or bottom) Are they different??

No, they are the same... doesn't matter

I agree. The cups are the same on a Tioga Beartrap. It's only on headsets like the Tange 125 that it is essential that you get it right.

I got a stupid question. Does anyone know the diameter of the o-ring so I can check at Lowes or Home Depot and try to find a new one for cheap?
