I was searching on BMXBID.Com and seen a listing on it for a PK, of course I had to check it out. I ask the guy for some photo's and did not here back from him for a few days. About the time I said to myself "It's Gone" The guy email's me some crappy photo's looking like they were taken back in 81. So I ask him if it's got orginal paint and decals He reply's That He has had it since 1982 and he has always owned it and it's 100% orginal. By now the auction has ended but I have the guy's phone # so I call him and ask him how Much We agree on his price after I give him some info on how much these bikes are going for. Since he was the orginal owner I told him that if I was to ever sell it I would contact him First to offer it back to him. I know that if it were me I would love to have mine back. So a few days goes by and there it is at my back door , I bring it in and open it up and What do I find It's got 81 Fork's on it, All the orginal decal's and even had the orginal SE Frame & Fork Washer's It was Like a Time Warp Back. So I Set aside the parts I was not going to use and started mocking her up for her new look. I am waiting on a few parts to get here for her final build but it's 85% done. Hope everybody Likes!

Mark, thats an awesome story!! I love the bike and bits of red thrown in there. I remember PKs around here with Z rims so what you have there really takes me back!!

Wow...that frame/fork setup is in really nice shape. That bike is going to be very impressive when it's complete.

You know I love ya Mark, but I can't believe you would take a bike that is ALL original like it was in a timewarp and start tearing OG parts off of it to "rebuild it". The beauty of this bike WAS that it was still ALL original and had never been molested. VERY nice bike. Just a shame to have it's history stripped from it after all these years.
