Full Version: Rockford package in the mail?
I haven't recieved my comfirmation pack in the mail yet and it's been many weeks since I paid. Should I be concerned? Thanks.
It was never stated that we were mailing packets...heck, we never even asked for an address.
On the other hand, we never stated how one DOES get their packet, so thanks for posting this.
Check-in (including goodie bag pickup, Banquet Badge Pickup, bike tag pickup, and space check-in) will be open at the following times and locations:
Thursday
1PM-4PM - Hospitality Suite At the Clock Tower
Friday
11AM-2:30PM - Hospitality Suite At the Clock Tower
4PM-7PM - At the Track
Saturday
6AM-8:30AM - At the Track
Check in after 8:30AM on Saturday will be to pickup goodie bags and banquet badges only, as spaces will be released at 8:30AM. Bike tags cannot be claimed after 8:30 either, so we have time to finalize any changes before the voting starts at 9:30AM.
