Surf911S
Here's the next complete Profile Champ project. This is the Survivor version of the Monty builds. Sporting all OG Profile parts, with exception of the pedals. My 1/2 Horseshoe's won't work on these cranks.

The Handle bars have some light rust on them, but some area's of the chrome are shot. No polishing will fix the issue. The frame is OG chrome, and is in great condition. OG decals, but the bottom tube decals were shot beyond keeping them. The fork dropouts arent bad, the the outside rear drop outs are a little scared up from some moron not using the correct washers. Pads arent bright white, but cleaned up pretty good. The hubs had to be polished due to some gowges on the rear hub. Cranks seem to have been rechromed over the original chrome, maybe. The decal pealed off on the the non drive arm, leaving the second layer of chrome attached to the decal, while exposing the first layer of chrome left on the arm. Only nos part's on this bike is the chainring, and chainring bolts, and the spokes. Couldnt save the originals.. Everything else are used items.

More pics, and parts rundown later.

What can I say, just another awesome build! Sure wish I could help you out with some 9/16 horseshoes. Take care.

I love it. Some of us kids who had to shell out our own lawn mowing cash for our bikes had to settle for the suntour beartraps instead of the high dollar hutch pedals. I loved the suntour pedals. They were easily the next best pedal to use.

I love these pedals. Spin for ever, have a great footprint, hardly any foot slip, and if they do, less damage to the shins, lol.

Thanks Jim. Prices are crazy insain for the 9/16's, though a set would be nice. But, mine are riders, so the Suntours, and DX's work fine. Plus less threat of breakage.
