OMG that is amazing! That Manitou FS he has is one of my all time favorites for sure. I'd love to hang out there and just drool all over everything! LOL!

my guess is that there's another 10 to maybe even 25 collections out there amongst VRC/retrobike colletor members that are as good if not more impressive than that collection. It will be interesting to see if any chest puffing follow up posts occur.

.

In late 2004, before I moved house to my present location, I had to cull my MTB magazine collection. I kept all of my "mountain bike actions" and then went through my collection and listed many years worth of "mountain and city biking" and "mountain bike" and "mountain biking UK" on eBay. It turns out some of MY magazines are now in the FoxRacingShox library and a guy in Switzerland bought 22 kilograms of mountain bike magazines from me. The postage costs well outweighed the cost of the magazines and I looked at his other eBay purchases and he had a 1985? Fisher mountain bike that was made just for Interbike. There is always someone with a better collection out there.

I think the title should read "The JEFF Haney of 90's Mountain Bike Collectors"

Jeff is the big collector, and the one with all the amazing bikes. His brother Richie is well, (I was always told, that if you dont have anything nice to say about anyone...)...

Amazing stash of great stuff there.

The collectors are out there. I lived through and loved the 90's CNC/annodized movement. I see the appeal of owning a is-ton of these parts. On the other hand, it would be more awesome to see them in action.

My weakness lies with cantilever / V / widget brakes, brake levers and cranks.
