So, my bike is an mcs..
which models did they have?
It had magnum 37 stickers on it...
So...
front of head tube to end of rear drop out..
35"
Center of front axle to end or rear drop out
37"
So i kinda confused my self..
both numbers mean something..which measurement do i use?

Not to make it more confusing, but I had an MCS cruiser and it had magnum 240 stickers. I always figured the 240 probably had some relation to having 24" diameter wheels, but why the zero on the end of the 24?

I never could figure out the numbering pattern with MCS.

always confusing....
plus the decals...
which set, for which frame at what time...lol

The Magnum 240 was called that simply because Magnum 24 would have really confused everyone who was still trying to figure out the Magnum 35 and the Magnum 37. biggrin.gif

OK, in all seriousness, the Magnum 35, which is actually the Magnum 35.5, refers to the wheelbase- from the front axle to the rear axle when in the middle of the rear dropout. The top tube on the 35.5 is 17" from center of seat tube to center of head tube, as measured along the top tube.

The Magnum 37 was the Pro XL version, and it is a 37" wheelbase with an 18-1/2" top tube.

Hope this helps!
