If anyone would want a custom painted airbrushed bike, the guy who painted evil knievel's bikes, helmets, exc lives in our town and still paints and someone could have a real evil knievel SBC tribute, or anything you want!! but he cant paint on powder, so frame would have to be painted! Just more custom ideas from SBC.

How about a red/orange RAD Racing tribute race bike? painted up like the shirts and helmets, hahah

Hey nv, I was in Chicago this weekend and I happened across a man that had a HUGE bmx bike, it was painted an army green color, and had STANDARD painted on top of the down tube. Naturally I had to stop and get the story. He said he had the "original" owner of Standard (whoever that may be) build the frame for him. Is there any info on this bike you may have? Oh yeah it was a 36 incher. Yes you read right, THIRTY SIX INCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

frame is suppose to be going to powder today.

Custom double plate gussets. One on each side. Laser cut SBC and perimeter shape.
Customer requested brace from seat tube to down tube.
Custom braces as requested by customer. Inpsired by vintage DG frame. Pretty cool !!!
Customer's 26er side view. 26 inch wheel. 5.5 inch head tube. American BB. Plus all of the other obvious touches. We are building a fork to go with this.

Just wanted to mention how great Nick and Standard Byke Co. has been to work with !!! If anyone is considering having some custom work done Standard Bykes is the place to do it !!! I hand picked the pale yellow off of Tiger Powder Coatings website and puchased 4lbs. for $30 shipped to SBC !!! SBC did not charge any extra for having coater do just one frame this color. That's what I call specialized customer service !!!! Thanks again to SBC and Nick for making this project happen.
